Mitsuaki Akatsuki / 暁 光昭
I have over 9 years of experience as a Web designer.
Currently, I work as a junior manager at Monicle Inc., a financial services company.
I managed a team, assigned tasks to designers, conducted job interviews, set individual goals, held 1-on-1s and study sessions, and worked with other managers to set team goals and ladders.
In Japan, I worked at FORM::PROCESS (a web production company in Shibuya, Tokyo), where I was mainly responsible for designing and coding corporate websites and landing pages. I worked closely with diverse clients on a variety of projects, including LDH's corporate website, the Okada Museum of Art's website, and A-net's iOS/Android apps. After that, I moved to the United States to get married. After obtaining work status, I worked as a freelancer for a while.
After that, I worked as a Senior Designer and Design Team Manager at GO RIDE, a Shopify development company. During this time, I also used my experience to teach design and coding as a web school instructor several times a week.
In addition to design, I have a wide range of knowledge and experience in web services, including Shopify/Wordpress/HubSpot/Laptop implementation, GitHub, email newsletters (klaviyo), and SNS management.
